REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year of related experience Minimum 1 year of hospital / healthcare experience Highly detail oriented and organized in work Ability to meet assigned deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program and safety standards. Reviews invoices from suppliers conforming to purchase order price, quantity and discounts. Reviews check requests and employee reimbursements, verifying accuracy and approvals in accordance with company policies. Ensures invoices are properly coded. Ensures all state sales tax is accurately paid or accrued. Prepares accounts payable invoices for data entry and enters into the computer. Verifies accuracy from the computerized edits. Process invoices in accordance with the payment terms and takes discounts when appropriate. Follows up on vendor accounts from monthly statements to resolve balances beyond 90 days by the invoice date. Matches completed support document to check audits. Prepares, maintains and reviews capital expenditure/construction documentation for the fixed asset file. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. #J-18808-Ljbffr
