Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine patients' mental health status, strengths, and areas requiring support.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective treatment.

• Coordinate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals to develop and implement integrated care plans that address the multifaceted needs of patients.

• Educate patients and their families about their diagnoses, treatment procedures, and medication management to foster informed decision-making.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that adhere to therapeutic best practices and standards.
\n
• Create tailored treatment plans in partnership with the treatment team, ensuring alignment with patient preferences and objectives.

• Assist patients in navigating the complexities of mental health service delivery while advocating zealously for their rights and personal needs.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation programs aimed at building coping skills and promoting community support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients undergoing detoxification and those addressing substance use and mental health disorders. You will work with diverse populations, including individuals grappling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression, thus providing tailored interventions to foster holistic recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic methodologies, and crisis intervention strategies.

• Strong aptitude for collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
