Recruiting Sourcer

Supporting the recruitment and human resources teams, the full-time Recruiting Sourcer will coordinate interview schedules, manage job postings, and assist with various HR tasks in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate interview schedules and travel arrangements for candidates and hiring managers Assist in posting job opportunities and participating in job fairs while maintaining confidentiality Support the HR department by conducting employee orientations and managing employee files Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred 0 to 1 year of experience in administrative, call center, or recruiting support preferred Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required Experience managing communication with internal and external customers at various levels preferred
