Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual therapy sessions through secure video conferencing technology.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily support stable, low-acuity adults dealing with a range of mental health concerns. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your work will help clients develop effective coping strategies and improve their overall quality of life through accessible and meaningful teletherapy practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Excellent interpersonal capabilities and a compassionate approach towards clients.

• Strong computer skills to efficiently navigate our telehealth platform and electronic records while maintaining client confidentiality.

A minimum of two years of experience working as a mental health therapist, preferably in a telehealth setting. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a proven track record of successfully meeting client needs is highly desirable.
