Customer Service Representative

Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Contact Center Specialist to support Medicaid providers and clients. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment while ensuring accurate issue resolution and documentation. Responsibilities Assist Medicaid providers and clients with eligibility, claims status, and program-related inquiries Handle inbound calls with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency Maintain accurate and detailed call documentation and records Route calls to appropriate departments when required Meet strict attendance, quality, and productivity metrics Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases as needed Support additional operational tasks assigned by management Required Qualifications Minimum 6+ months recent experience in a high-volume call/contact center Bilingual (English & Spanish) – must read, write, and speak fluently (80%+ assessment score required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work onsite and adhere to schedule requirements Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Prior experience supporting healthcare or Medicaid programs Recruiter’s Details Satya Singh View email address on click.appcast.io About US Tech Solutions US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent-on-demand and total workforce solutions.
