Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular wellness checks on clients to assess their mental health status, evaluate their progress, and determine any necessary adjustments to their care plans.

• Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility guidelines to maintain both ethical practices and licensing compliance.

• Provide additional clinical support and collaborate with team members in the absence of other clinicians, ensuring continuity of care.

• Effectively communicate with the Utilization Review and Business departments regarding client authorization for services and payment processes to ensure timely reimbursement.

• Manage case documentation efficiently, ensuring all required records are completed and submitted punctually to fulfill compliance obligations.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and critical end-of-life concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
