Certified Medical Assistant (Spanish-Speaking Required) Location: Riverhead, NY Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $20 – $24 per hour (based on experience) Medstaff Group is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Certified Medical Assistant for a growing outpatient healthcare practice located in Riverhead, NY. We are looking for a professional and motivated Medical Assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent patient interaction abilities, and be able to work efficiently alongside providers and office staff. Spanish-speaking candidates are required for this position. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs Assist providers during patient visits and procedures Prepare exam rooms and help maintain smooth clinical flow throughout the day Perform accurate clinical documentation within the EMR system Coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment Provide excellent customer service and patient communication Requirements Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred Previous outpatient medical assistant experience requiredSpanish-speaking required Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced medical office Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Medstaff Group works with healthcare organizations throughout Long Island and is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about patient care and looking for long-term growth opportunities.
