Enterprise Sales Executive

Enterprise Sales Executive Appcast is the leading innovator in programmatic recruitment advertising technology and services. Appcast is part of the Stepstone group, a prominent digital recruitment platform connecting businesses with the right talent. Job Overview As an Enterprise Sales Executive focused on new business development, you will play a crucial role in expanding our enterprise client base. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, developing, and closing qualified sales opportunities. This position demands a proactive approach to managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and finalizing complex deals. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver customized solutions that lead to successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Proactively seek out and sell Appcast solutions to direct employers. Qualify incoming leads and convert them into actionable opportunities. Generate new business through strategic outreach methods, including cold calling and personalized email campaigns. Develop, manage, and close high‑value sales opportunities involving large organizations and multiple stakeholders. Deliver engaging online product demonstrations to potential clients. Utilize various communication channels to connect with decision‑makers effectively. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce CRM. Embrace a growth mindset and apply strong communication skills to continuously enhance your performance. Qualifications A proven track record as a 'hunter' with a history of driving new business and successfully closing deals. Ability to collaborate with different departments to achieve common goals. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for learning and personal development. Detail‑oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. A data‑driven, solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving. Aptitude for thriving in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Education and Experience 5+ years of experience in selling software in an enterprise context, ideally within the HR Tech or Talent Acquisition sector. Documented success in acquiring enterprise‑level new business and consistently hitting sales targets. Experience selling SaaS or recruitment technology solutions to large organizations. Proficient in consultative selling and negotiating complex deals with multiple stakeholders. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for full sales cycle management. A Bachelor's Degree is a valuable asset. Travel Requirements Regular travel may be required for quarterly internal and external meetings, subject to business needs. Fair Labor Standards Act Status This role is salaried exempt, meaning regular salary is earned without entitlement to overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a work week.
