Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a 55-bed MedSurg/Tele unit.
• Manage nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6, ensuring quality care.
• Perform assessments and administer treatments for joint replacements, fractures, and more.
• Administer and titrate medications including Heparin and lidocaine.
• Participate in team rounds and interdisciplinary patient care coordination.
• Comply with facility policies, including dress code and work schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Active driver's license for residency verification.
• Ability to pass a skills-based open book exam with a 90% pass mark.
• Competency in using EPIC charting system.
• Willingness to float to other MedSurg units as needed.
• No BSN required but must hold a valid RN license.
