Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health issues in a compassionate and supportive manner.

• Perform thorough assessments to adequately understand clients' concerns and develop tailored treatment plans embedded with measurable objectives and coping strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring clients' safety and directing them to additional resources when required.

• Maintain complete and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions and deliver resources focused on self-management and coping, thereby empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a potential sign-on bonus.
