Description

Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator supporting a professional corporate office in Seattle, WA . This is an excellent 2-month contract opportunity for someone who enjoys creating an exceptional workplace experience through outstanding customer service, event coordination, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting employees, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Issue visitor and parking passes while following established security procedures.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Coordinate workplace services including mail distribution, office supplies, onboarding support, and maintenance requests.
• Organize and support onsite meetings and events, including room setup, furniture arrangement, supply delivery, and event breakdown.
• Coordinate with vendors providing workplace services and building support.
• Respond to employee and guest inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with office upkeep, including resetting chairs, wiping surfaces, and maintaining common areas.
• Follow building safety and emergency procedures while communicating with appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Complete administrative tasks and support additional workplace initiatives as assigned.

Must Have Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous workplace experience, receptionist, hospitality, or office coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating meetings or onsite events.
• Vendor coordination experience.
• Experience supporting corporate office operations.

Pay is $23-$25.80/hr based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision.
