Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our facility, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Group Therapy: You will design and facilitate interactive group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

• Individual Therapy: Through empathetic and personalized counseling, you will guide clients in exploring their emotions, uncovering underlying issues, and developing effective coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.

• Treatment Planning: You will create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their specific mental health needs and personal preferences are adequately addressed.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate clients' treatment progress by utilizing various assessment tools and incorporating feedback, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a skilled team of mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and developing approaches for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on supporting teens and young adults battling various mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. Your expertise as an LPC is essential in delivering both evidence-based treatment approaches and holistic interventions, empowering our young adult population to pursue paths toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field.

• Must possess a valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
