We ensure all administrative tasks, including in-house credentialing and scheduling management, are streamlined to support your practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, which includes individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to understand their unique mental health needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on initial assessments, ensuring that they align with the clients’ goals for therapy.

• Maintain regular communication with interdisciplinary team members regarding client assessments and treatment progress through comprehensive documentation and active participation in patient rounds.

• Provide continuous case management for assigned patients, collaborating with both hospital and community programs to facilitate effective, comprehensive care.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in completing their individualized service plans.

• Complete all required documentation ethically and within the specified timeframe, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Oakridge, you will provide services to a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Your empathy and expertise will support clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, helping them navigate their paths toward healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients.

• Availability to work between 5 and 40 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling preferred.
