Our operational hours align with regular business practices, specifically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling you to provide effective therapy while engaging with colleagues through virtual consultations and meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and develop personalized, research-driven treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients work through issues such as anxiety, trauma, and depression.

• Document client interactions by maintaining accurate clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve treatment accuracy and effectiveness.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment strategies, and available community resources to foster understanding and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients who seek assistance in overcoming various mental health obstacles, including anxiety management, trauma recovery, and coping strategies related to depression. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
