Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized or group therapy sessions tailored to meet patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices that lead to meaningful therapeutic outcomes.

• Administer comprehensive mental health assessments that comprehensively evaluate patient and family dynamics to develop effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to co-create and implement targeted resolution strategies, continually refining approaches based on patient progress.

• Document treatment progress meticulously, drafting clear strategy outlines and revisions to adjust care plans as needed, ensuring alignment with patients' evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse array of individuals facing a spectrum of psychological difficulties—from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders. The clinic emphasizes culturally competent care, aligning treatments with the unique backgrounds, values, and socioeconomic situations of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.

• Licensure is mandatory, with accepted credentials including LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD.

• Two years of clinical experience within a mental health setting is essential, demonstrating advanced clinical skills and the ability to assess and respond effectively to client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
