Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available support systems, ensuring thorough understanding of their unique situations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to provide effective individual, family, and group therapy interventions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals and interventions, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and share insights, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s treatment.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, equipping clients with valuable skills and strategies to manage their mental health challenges more effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and clinical expertise.
