Prep Cook
Conejo, Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is seeking part-time and full-time prep cooks to join our kitchen team! Starting prep cook wages of $16-$22/hour.
Responsibilities include:
- learning all recipes and prepping techniques
- opening kitchen and completing prep list for next shift
- adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
- assisting with inventory management when needed
- assisting with dishwashing when needed

QUALIFICATIONS
- Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Safe, competent knife skills
- Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs
- Experience with Mexican cooking a plus
