Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments that encompass physical examinations, comprehensive medical histories, and relevant diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate evaluations of cardiovascular health.
• Collaborate with cardiologists to devise, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans, addressing individual patient needs and responding to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, track patient reactions, and make real-time adjustments to treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
• Deliver education to patients and their families regarding cardiovascular health, effective management of their conditions, and the critical importance of medication adherence to improve long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients with cardiovascular concerns, including those with heart disease, hypertension, and other related conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 150,000 to 160,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
