Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments, including comprehensive physical exams and collecting detailed patient histories to establish accurate diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret a range of diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform therapeutic procedures, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management, using tailored strategies to empower them in their health journey.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, facilitate referrals, and ensure consistent follow-up, enhancing overall patient health outcomes.
• Maintain precise and current medical records while adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices, facilitating seamless care delivery and improving patient safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse patient population, providing care that spans all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics. With concierge medicine, you will develop long-term relationships with patients, allowing for tailored healthcare solutions that suit their individual lifestyles and medical histories. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) are preferred.
• Current and valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner within New York State.
• Specialty certification in an area such as Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Geriatrics is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills necessary for effective patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 160,000 annually , along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and more.
