Job Responsibilities:
- Process standalone payroll for employees using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
- Manage biweekly payroll processing for hourly employees and monthly payroll processing for salaried employees.
- Review, validate, and process employee timecards to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, investigate variances, and correct payroll-related issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and post payroll journal entries to support accurate financial reporting.
- Perform payroll tax processing, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Reconcile payroll payments and payroll-related accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide timely resolution to payroll-related questions.
- Support payroll audits and provide documentation as needed.
- Work independently in a part-time, in-office environment while managing multiple payroll cycles and deadlines.
