Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring that their unique needs are prioritized.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, sharing insights and strategies for holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, demonstrating your commitment to quality and responsible care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse clients, offering support to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our clientele may include those facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, and substance use. Your role will involve adapting your therapeutic approaches to meet each client's specific circumstances, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, with a preference for expertise in clinical settings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 per year, based on caseload and experience. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision plans, along with malpractice insurance coverage. In addition, our counselors will benefit from unlimited client referrals and have their billing and paperwork handled, allowing them to focus on what they do best—providing care.
