Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify clients' unique needs, incorporating their backgrounds and personal experiences into personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to provide effective treatment across various settings, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups to address common mental health themes, thereby enhancing community support and understanding.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring the highest level of care quality.

Qualifications\n

• A qualifying Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure is required (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and a strong foundation in various evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Proven skills in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to fostering a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably within outpatient services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
