Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs, preferences, and challenges.

• Develop personalized and effective treatment plans that address individual goals and therapeutic needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each client's circumstances, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting these goals based on progress and feedback.

• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans to comply with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay abreast of emerging industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse range of clients, including those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach toward clients from various backgrounds.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to balance caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Master’s or Doctoral degree is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, family therapy, or clinical behavioral analysis will be considered favorably. Previous experience in teletherapy and novel therapeutic approaches is advantageous, given our commitment to innovative care solutions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
