Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health status and establish individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Provide effective counseling sessions to individuals, couples, and families by employing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment adjustments in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
