Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule while maintaining a strong connection with the outpatient office team. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, offering work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which enables a balanced lifestyle alongside professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions both in person and via telehealth platforms.

• Document all treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in accordance with company policies, ensuring thorough and accurate records for each client interaction.

• Engage creatively with clients through innovative therapeutic interventions to encourage personal growth and development, helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, family members, medical staff, and educational personnel to provide integrated support and coordinate services for clients.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professional boundaries while exhibiting compassion and understanding toward clients' needs.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
