Patient Financial Navigator: Healthcare Eligibility & Billing
County of Los Angeles
The County of Los Angeles is recruiting for a Patient Financial Services Worker focused on emergency appointments for homelessness. This role involves interviewing patients to collect financial information, entering data into systems, and determining eligibility for healthcare programs such as Medi-Cal. Candidates must meet educational and experience requirements, including the completion of college units or relevant experience in patient resource roles.
