Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to identify diagnoses, crafting tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25 to 30 client visits per week, ensuring quality engagement and meaningful therapeutic interactions.

• Document all client-related information meticulously, including ongoing diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and session notes, adhering to Huckeye's established policies.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to fulfill organizational goals.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored for individual, family, and group therapy settings, promoting holistic healing.

• Facilitate communication between clients, families, case managers, and educational or medical personnel to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
