Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of your clients' mental health needs, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, or stress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a vital member of our counseling team, your primary focus will be on students and individuals navigating the challenges of daily life, including school-related stressors and personal struggles. You will serve a diverse client base that spans various backgrounds, age groups, and circumstances, providing critical support for their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and peers.

• Ability to establish and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of experience is mandatory, candidates with backgrounds in school counseling, trauma-informed care, or specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will stand out in the application process. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also recommended.
