This opportunity combines  customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales  in a fully remote environment.

No previous insurance experience is required.  We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

  Deliver Exceptional Client Service

As a Remote Client Success Specialist, you'll:

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone

• Welcome and assist new clients throughout the enrollment process

• Listen carefully to understand individual and family needs

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options

• Answer questions regarding coverage, benefits, and policy features

• Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment

• Respond professionally to questions and service requests

• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the client relationship

  Build Long-Term Client Relationships

Your relationship with clients doesn't end after enrollment.

You'll continue providing support with:

• Policy reviews

• Beneficiary updates

• Coverage questions

• Policy changes and service requests

• Claims-related guidance

• Changes in family protection needs

• Follow-up communication

• Ongoing policy support

The goal is to become a  trusted resource clients can rely on as their needs change over time .

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate  state insurance license

• Have access to a computer or laptop with webcam capability

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments

• Be willing to complete required training and professional development

Licensing guidance is provided for candidates who are not currently licensed.
