Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients, assessing stability and planning for discharge as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring that they are responsive to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, utilizing our electronic health record system to enhance efficiency.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop a foundation for ongoing therapy.

• Lead individual counseling sessions weekly, employing a range of therapeutic modalities based on clinical judgment and client needs.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily revolve around working with a varied patient population that includes individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. You will play a critical role in outreach to those in need, prioritizing a compassionate, client-focused approach that emphasizes recovery and empowerment. In addition, your involvement will contribute significantly to shaping mental health initiatives in the Lehigh Acres community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida.

• Ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements set forth by our clinic.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations is preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy techniques, including both individual and group therapy.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with health record systems and basic keyboarding capabilities.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques in delivering remote counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 110,000 annually, with opportunities for productivity bonuses and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
