Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Intake Director to lead our intake operations and client acquisition team. This is a unique opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, fast-paced organization where you'll partner directly with the Founding Partners and executive leadership, working with real-time data to identify opportunities and optimize every stage of the intake operation — from lead response times and conversion metrics to coaching, staffing, reporting, and technology. This position is hybrid, based out of the firm's Burbank, CA headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Systems

• Build scalable operating systems that support the firm's continued growth.
• Optimize CRM workflows and dialing technology to streamline the intake process.
• Create KPIs and reporting structures that drive data-informed decisions.
• Improve lead response times and conversion rates across the intake funnel.

Team Leadership & Performance

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of intake professionals responsible for converting inbound inquiries into signed clients.
• Drive accountability through consistent coaching and performance management.
• Partner closely with the Founding Partners and executive leadership to shape the firm's client acquisition strategy.
• Scale the intake organization, processes, and systems to support the firm's next phase of growth.

Qualifications

 

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling legal intake organizations.
• Track record leading high-volume intake or client acquisition teams.
• Experience managing large and growing teams.
• Proven ability to improve conversion through coaching and accountability.
• Experience implementing KPIs that meaningfully changed team performance.
• Hands-on experience optimizing CRMs, dialers, and intake workflows.
• History of creating operational excellence in fast-paced legal environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 – $170,000 base salary, plus performance-based incentives, commensurate with experience.
