Executive Assistant to Investor Relations

We are partnering with an investment firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Investor Relations team. This is a high-visibility role supporting a fast-paced group responsible for external communications and investor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior members of the Investor Relations team
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting
• Maintain and update CRM systems and investor contact databases
• Assist with investor meetings, roadshows, and event logistics
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and materials
• Serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting investment teams within the asset management space
• Strong CRM experience is required
• Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $130K - $160K TC, dependent on experience
