Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children and their needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each child's unique circumstances.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure each child is progressing and meeting developmental milestones.
\n
• Provide family support through skill-building sessions that enhance their understanding of their child's needs and how best to address them.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to federal and state regulations while delivering high-quality services.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with children and families, creating a safe and healthy learning environment where children can thrive.
\n
• Implement strategies reflective of Natural Learning Environment Practices, engaging families in the learning process.
\n
• Offer suggestions on service frequency based on developmental assessments and family feedback.
\n
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for both staff and the populations we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, particularly those aged 0-3 years, who experience developmental delays or disabilities. Supporting their families through structured programs, you will help them learn key developmental skills in various areas including physical, cognitive, communication, and social/emotional aspects. Working in tandem with other healthcare professionals, you will be instrumental in enriching the lives of some of the most vulnerable members of our society.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work.

• An active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license.
\n
• A proven ability to adapt techniques to accommodate various learning styles, ensuring personalized treatment plans for each child.

• Commitment to applying Natural Learning Environment Practices in service delivery.

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of hands-on experience in early intervention services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
