Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and delivery-proficient Senior Engagement Manager to serve as the strategic delivery lead steering our enterprise customers from initial technical vision to real-world deployment under a permanent, full-time remote configuration based in Singapore. Operating directly within our global Professional Services organization, you will champion the end-to-end implementation of Neo4j’s industry-leading graph solutions across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data transcription loops, entry-level website template visual adjustments, or standalone copywriting tasks, you will run an active technical program governance, resource forecasting, and project P&L margin health laboratory. Partnering closely alongside customers, Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will manage multi-disciplinary, multi-location squads (onshore, offshore, and partners) to unlock the business value of connections in big data ecosystems. This position requires an enterprise delivery authority with 5+ years of software implementation experience who manages project portfolios fluidly natively using Project Management and professional services primitives, coordinates complex data infrastructures, and cultivates deep technical relationships with mid-to-senior customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Engagement Governance: Lead and orchestrate multiple concurrent high-value software implementations, coordinating onshore, offshore, and partner delivery resources natively utilizing Project Management best practices.
• Pre-Sales Pipeline Collaboration: Partner closely alongside Sales and Pre-Sales Engineering during pipeline phases to contribute directly to Statements of Work (SOWs), author execution blueprints, construct level-of-effort (LOE) estimates, and establish risk assessments.
• Resource Optimization & PSA Control: Co-lead regional resource planning sessions, managing developer allocations, talent tracking, and project financial margin health metrics natively inside our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool (Certinia/FinancialForce).
• Project Governance Instrumentation: Build, maintain, and present meticulous project governance artifacts—encompassing comprehensive Jira backlogs, delivery schedules, dependency maps, and risk mitigation registers.
• Executive Telemetry Reporting: Deliver structured project health dashboards, clear status metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal leads and client steering committees, proactively unblocking environment complexities.
• Commercial Expansion Triage: Foster a proactive, solutions-oriented culture across engagement teams, identifying downstream up-sell and cross-sell technical opportunities to drive long-term business outcomes.
• Post-Deployment Quality Control: Facilitate structured project closeout procedures, capturing forensic lessons learned and institutionalizing best delivery practices to continuously upgrade Neo4j’s services playbook.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Possess a formal Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical professional experience).
• A minimum of 5+ years of proven, successful professional history operating inside a Senior Engagement Manager, Technical Project Manager, Professional Services Delivery Lead, IT Program Manager, or closely matching tech-focused enterprise deployment capacity.
• Expert Enterprise Delivery Command: Demonstrated track record autonomously leading mid-to-large, complex software implementations, managing matrixed technical consulting teams, and cultivating deep multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Hands-on operational tool literacy leveraging professional project tracking frameworks and PSA infrastructure suites (specifically Jira pipelines and Certinia/FinancialForce tools) for financial governance and utilization forecasting.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication strengths in English, with a verified history of translating complex technical database architectures cleanly into actionable paths for mid-to-senior executives.
• Location Context: Position operates under remote parameters open exclusively to qualified enterprise technology project leaders residing permanently within Singapore .

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior technical or project management history working natively inside a vendor Professional Services organization, managing large-scale data infrastructures, analytics platforms, or relational/NoSQL database networks (such as Neo4j graph systems, MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks, or Teradata ).
• Possess recognized professional certifications including PMP, Agile/Scrum Master , or identical enterprise program management credentials.
• Direct operational or deployment experience orchestrating enterprise cloud integrations across major ecosystems (specifically AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Deep domain vertical expertise navigating commercial constraints within the Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or High-Tech sectors.
