Work Environment\n

Our telehealth setting fosters a supportive and innovative workplace. You will work from home, using advanced technology to conduct therapy sessions and maintain patient interactions seamlessly. As a remote provider, you will have access to a variety of tools, including our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, enabling you to document assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress efficiently. The majority of your interactions will occur between Monday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments to understand patient needs and craft tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and family sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to address prevalent mental health issues, offering a sense of community among participants.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Respond to mental health crises, offering immediate intervention and support to acute cases.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, aligning with both legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and clinical approaches.

• Demonstrated capability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Experience providing therapeutic sessions individually and in group settings to a varied population.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication talents, necessary for building rapport with clients and colleagues.

• A strong ethical framework and sound judgment in maintaining professional boundaries.

• Comfort with EHR systems and related technologies for accurate documentation.

• Ability to thrive within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
