Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and tailor individualized treatment plans that consider their unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions leveraging methodologies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing, among others.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams in developing and modifying treatment strategies, ensuring holistic care is prioritized for every client.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress, utilizing appropriate strategies to de-escalate situations and safeguard client welfare.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to enhance mental health awareness and eliminate stigma, contributing to overall community well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists engage with a varied clientele, including individuals from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds facing a range of mental health issues. You will work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, tailoring therapeutic approaches to resonate with their unique life experiences. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
