Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based frameworks to devise personalized treatment plans that are flexible and goal-oriented.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to the individual preferences and clinical requirements of each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Your clientele will comprise individuals from various demographics and backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
