Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct regular meetings to assess client progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on person-centered care principles.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including detailed progress notes for all client interactions.

• Carry out intake assessments and ensure clients receive a smooth onboarding experience.

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work predominantly with outpatient clients, including children, adolescents, and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

This position requires:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted, and independently active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
