Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play an essential role in our clients’ journeys towards improved mental health through the following responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress, address concerns, and plan for upcoming appointments or discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to track client development.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine appropriate treatment paths.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices that align with clients' treatment needs.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision to continuously improve professional skills and ensure adherence to clinical best practices.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to optimize client care and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
\n
• Current, unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) status.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Competency and comfort using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software for documentation and communication purposes.
\n
• A demonstrated ability to provide effective psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort completing thorough intake assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Experience providing therapy using Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs).
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth services and virtual counseling platforms.
\n
• Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals from various cultural, racial, and socio-economic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
