Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to create trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, prepare for upcoming appointments, and facilitate a timely discharge plan when appropriate.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are rooted in a person-centered approach, continuously monitoring efficacy and adapting as needed.

• Thoroughly document client information and therapy sessions, ensuring accurate progress notes and maintaining confidentiality.
\n
• Complete intake assessments and contribute to the initial client evaluation process.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing various therapeutic modalities that align with client needs.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure accountability in practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at New Life Solutions Clinic, you will serve a diverse client base, including adults, children, and families from different backgrounds. You will work with clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your therapeutic approach will be key in guiding clients towards meaningful changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using technology, including spreadsheets and management software such as RMS and PIMSY.
\n
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills.

• Experience and comfort conducting intake assessments and treatment planning.

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
