Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status and specific needs.

• Develop and personalize treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, ensuring they remain engaged in their therapeutic journey.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients using evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when required, ensuring client safety and support during emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients from various backgrounds, each facing a diverse array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Your role is critical in providing empathetic and effective therapeutic interventions that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and the ability to maintain a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage a diverse client caseload efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health setting or teletherapy services is preferred.
