Job Overview
This position will perform general administrative and dispatcher duties for the Architectural Products Group. The individual will handle routine clerical functions and provide support to one or more departments within the company.

What Youll Do
- Perform diverse clerical duties, including preparing forms, reports, and maintaining files.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and printed materials.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule conference rooms, and record meeting minutes.
- Answer and screen phone calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies, arrange equipment maintenance, and update company lists.
- Provide administrative support to assigned departments and the Site Manager.
- Develop internal and external customer relationships to support company growth.
- Assist with A/P & A/R filing and contribute to HR and Payroll tasks.
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
- Capability to perform basic math calculations and follow instructions.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and sedentary work.
- Flexibility to work overtime as necessary and adapt to varying conditions.
