Sales & Business Development Representative
The Sales & Business Development Representative will play a key role in expanding our brand presence, acquiring new dealer partners, and cultivating strong relationships with business professionals including developers, architects, builders, and designers. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, a strong understanding of the kitchen cabinet industry, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer Sales & Network Expansion: Identify, pursue, and acquire new showroom partners for high-end kitchen cabinetry across the Southeast USA, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
- Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach to developers, architects, builders, contractors, and designers.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting brand values, increasing awareness, and supporting marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to develop new business channels and contribute to achieving the company's growth targets.
- Training & Support: Provide product and brand training to dealers, designers, and architects as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and provide exceptional partner support.
- Sales Planning & Forecasting: Prepare annual sales forecasts and projected targets based on market trends, competitor analysis, and economic conditions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- High-End Multi-Unit Projects: Support development of multi-unit sales in the high-end sector (projects ranging from 10–100 units) in collaboration with the Sales Director.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the kitchen cabinet industry
- Proven success in B2B or retail sales and customer relationship management
- In-depth product and technical knowledge of European kitchen cabinetry
- Willingness and ability to travel within North America, with occasional international travel
- High level of reliability, trustworthiness, and commitment to service and quality
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus
