Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Panoramic Healing & Wellness, you will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing comprehensive mental health care, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of patients, taking into account their unique backgrounds and mental health challenges.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that reflect established best practices and incorporate evidence-based solutions.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies tailored to individual patient needs.

• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of clinical encounters in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate and optimize patient care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to improve care quality and share insights among colleagues.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.
\n
• Staying informed about current research and advancements in the mental health field to enhance therapeutic practices.

• Managing a caseload of patients effectively to ensure timely achievement of treatment goals.
