Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Oasis of Clinical Support, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for couples and families facing various emotional and relational challenges.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that may involve working with couples, individual family members, or the entire family unit.
\n
• Address a broad range of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healing and personal growth within the family dynamic.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include a diverse range of individuals—from children and adolescents facing developmental challenges to adults navigating complex family dynamics. You will be instrumental in supporting clients through significant life transitions such as separation, divorce, and blended family negotiations. Your expertise will be essential in fostering open communication and conflict resolution among family members.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
