Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients. This may involve creating and implementing pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure the timely completion of all required clinical documentation to meet regulatory standards while upholding best practices for ethical record-keeping.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team, adapting to the unique needs of each client to drive effective treatment outcomes.

• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, actively engaging in team meetings and case discussions.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Serve as a key liaison with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems, promoting coordination of care and resource sharing.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the agency and with external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and meet contractual obligations.

• Build relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our programs and secure new funding sources and partnerships.

• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and specialized training, and represent the agency at statewide meetings.

• Perform other tasks as directed by the Clinic Director that align with the organizational goals and your professional expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Transformative Healing Services, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Compensation and Benefits\n
