Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing best practices to help clients flourish.

• Assess clients' mental and emotional health conditions through thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments, adapting strategies as necessary.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate counseling solutions to assist clients in urgent situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and state licensure requirements.

• Collaborate harmoniously with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Stay current with ongoing education and licensure requirements, actively participating in training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families from various backgrounds experiencing challenges related to mental health, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Our clinic serves clients coping with stress, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
