Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, incorporating personal history and individual needs to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients requiring virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for all patients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, continuing education courses, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license in an applicable mental health discipline such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills that foster supportive therapeutic relationships.

• A compassionate and non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively within a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are welcome, preference will be given to individuals with prior experience in community mental health settings or private practice environments. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools, as well as existing knowledge of trauma-informed care practices, will also be advantageous.
