Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services to clients dealing with major mental illnesses and serious emotional disturbances, using telehealth platforms to conduct assessments and therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the development of integrated care plans, ensuring all necessary services are accessible and coordinated for clients.

• Carry a defined caseload, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to the unique needs and requests of clients.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, managing admission, continued stay, and discharge processes to ensure clients achieve their treatment goals.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, responding promptly to clients in distress and providing necessary support or referral.
\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and agency committees to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness.
\n
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and utilize appropriate assessment tools to evaluate client needs accurately.
\n
• Maintain client records and files in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring prompt completion of reports and data submissions.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as needed to address urgent client concerns.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
