This position operates remotely, with necessary engagements at our community health clinic in Fremont, CA. The work is structured around a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical interventions to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders both in-person and through virtual platforms.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and conduct standards established by professional licensing boards and organizational policy.

• Independently and collaboratively develop skills and strategies to enhance client outcomes focused on empowerment and informed choice.

• Identify potential safety risks for clients and staff, implementing appropriate protocols to ensure a safe environment.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and engage in detailed assessments to address clients’ needs effectively.
\n
• Develop integrated care plans that facilitate client access to necessary services, ensuring strong communication among clients, their families, and other providers.

• Offer a broad spectrum of services—including prevention, treatment, and recovery support—tailored to clients’ needs.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed while maintaining calm and professionalism during high-stress situations.

• Manage a caseload consisting of individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring tailored treatment based on presenting problems.

• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, including assessment, admission procedures, and discharge planning.
\n
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation for client interactions, assessments, and outcomes.

• Embrace on-call responsibilities assigned, being available during critical hours as necessary.

• Contribute to agency committees aimed at improving service delivery and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
